Assembling blades for a saber begins in the following order:

• Guard (Left or Right)
• Saber guard insulator
• Felt lining
• Double for connecting the blade to the injection recording system
• Handle in the form of a French handle
• Insulated nut for a French handle, which secures it to the blade
